Policy on Responsible Lending
AutoCashUSA maintains a policy of providing consumers with the information and knowledge necessary to make informed, responsible loan decisions.
Fair Debt Collection Practices
Where applicable, our licensed vendors undertake all collection activity in strict compliance with the provisions of the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act enforced by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and other Federal Agencies. While AutoCashUSA is not an actual lender and, as a result, does not collect debts from consumers, it requires all licensed vendors in its network to follow all relevant laws, rules, and regulations. Applicable provisions of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act prohibit the following:
  • Contacting consumers by telephone before 8 a.m. or after 9 p.m.
  • Contacting consumers by phone with the intent to annoy, harass, etc., or using abusive language at anytime.
  • Collecting debt through deception or misrepresentation.
  • Threatening legal recourse when no legal action is intended.
Federal Regulations
AutoCashUSA vendors promote the informed used of consumer credit by rigidly adhering to Federal regulations requiring disclosures about loan terms and costs. Before consumers assume any obligation with a licensed vendor, they will be presented, in writing, with the exact rates, fees, and other details of their loan/pawn, as required under the Federal Truth in Lending Act.
State Regulations
In addition to applicable Federal regulations, individual States also have numerous laws regulating business in their States. These laws include, but are not limited to, regulations regarding interest rates, rollover limits, fees, charges, renewals and terms.
Submitting Your Inquiry Through Our Website
Submitting your loan/pawn inquiry at AutoCashUSA incurs absolutely no cost. AutoCashUSA is not a lender and does not provide lending services directly to consumers. Based on the inquiry you submit, AutoCashUSA provides you with options of reliable licensed vendors closest to you and suited to your needs. You will never be charged any fees by AutoCashUSA. Viewing the results of your search for prospective licensed vendors is free of charge.
Determination of Interest Rate/Fees/Charges
As noted above, the Truth in Lending Act requires disclosures about the terms and cost of consumer credit. All rate and fee information will be disclosed to you by the licensed vendor at the location before you sign any agreement. Please review all the rate information provided to you by the licensed vendor thoroughly and completely before signing any agreement. You are under no obligation to accept the terms provided by a licensed vendor. Interest rates, charges, and/or fees are determined solely by your licensed vendor, with specific amounts determined based upon the information you submit at the licensed vendor location and applicable law. AutoCashUSA has no involvement in the determination of these interest rates, charges, and fees. You are under no obligation to continue with the application process with the licensed vendor if you find the terms unsuitable. Actual interest rates, charges, and fees may vary depending on the licensed vendor. State laws and regulations may prove a determining factor in the rates, fees, and charges determined for your loan/pawn. Lending terms vary from State to State.
Late Payment Policy
AutoCashUSA’s licensed vendors have varying policies regarding late payments. Review the late payment policy detailed in the documents provided to you by your licensed vendor before signing any document. All licensed vendors must abide by each State’s regulatory requirements regarding late payments.
Non-Payment Policy
Your vehicle will be pledged to a licensed vendor as collateral for the loan/pawn. If you fail to repay the loan pursuant to an agreement or redeem your pawn within the applicable time period, your vehicle may be repossessed and sold. Additional charges may also apply.
Loan Renewal Policy
Loan/pawn renewal policies are largely governed by State regulations. In States where refinancing or repayment term extensions is allowed, interest rates, along with any late charges that may be assessed, can add a substantial dollar amount to the price of your loan/pawn. Read the licensed vendor’s terms in full regarding loan/pawn renewal options before signing any agreement.
Credit Checks
There exists a common misconception that a poor credit history may result in a higher interest rate for a loan/pawn. With our licensed vendors, your credit score does not affect the interest rate, fees or charges determined for your loan/pawn. However, certain loan/pawn amounts may require that you undergo a credit check.
Non-Discrimination Policy
Non-Discrimination Policy: In accordance with federal law, this institution prohibits and does not tolerate discrimination towards applicants, prospective applicants, individuals with whom an applicant is affiliated, or customers on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, marital status, public-assistance status, exercise of rights under the Consumer Credit Protection Act, or other protected classification. This policy applies throughout the loan process, from prequalification to application, underwriting, closing, funding and servicing. Your cellular provider's message and data rates may apply to our SMS messages.

Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your name, address, cell phone number, your provider's name, the date and time, and content of your messages. Data we provide to you may include account information, payment amount or due dates, and other information personal to you. Some of the text messages we send may include links to websites. To access these websites, you will need a web browser and Internet access on your cellular device. Downloadable content may incur additional charges from your wireless carrier. Please contact your wireless carrier for information about your messaging plan.

We will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

If you wish to stop receiving text messages from us, type STOP in the reply text you send us or, if available, access any opt-out link at the bottom of the text message. Your stop request will become effective within one day.
